Signing in

Use the same email and password, Apple account, or Google account used to create your Leafy account. If email confirmation is pending, use the most recent confirmation message.

Missing records

Confirm the selected date and your internet connection, then reopen Leafy to refresh cloud data. Include the date and a screenshot in your message, but never send your password.

Nutrition data participation

Open Settings → Nutrition data program to review participation, join, or leave at any time without losing core features.

Delete your account

Open Settings → Delete account and confirm. This requests permanent deletion of your Leafy account and associated plans, logs, weights, check-ins, contribution records, and private media.

Leafy cannot provide medical advice or emergency assistance. Contact a qualified healthcare professional for personal guidance and local emergency services for urgent help.
