Using Leafy responsibly.
These terms govern your use of Leafy, provided by Beyond Solid LLC. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
Eligibility and safety
You must be at least 18 years old. Leafy’s general equations are not designed for pregnancy or breastfeeding, eating-disorder recovery, or a clinician-directed diet. Consult a qualified professional before changing diet, exercise, medication, or treatment.
Your account and information
Provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and report unauthorized access. You are responsible for reviewing entries and deciding whether Leafy’s estimates fit your circumstances. Estimates, including AI-generated nutrition estimates, can be wrong or incomplete.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Leafy, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, upload unlawful or harmful content, or use Leafy to make clinical decisions for another person.
Your content
You retain ownership of information you submit and grant Leafy the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, and display it to operate and personalize the service. Use through the optional nutrition data program is governed by its separate consent and the Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
Leafy is an early beta and may contain errors, change, or become temporarily unavailable. We may modify features and may suspend accounts that threaten the service or violate these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Leafy is provided “as is” and without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Beyond Solid LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Leafy. Rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.
Termination
You may stop using Leafy or delete your account at any time. Provisions that logically survive termination remain effective. Apple’s standard licensed application end-user license agreement also applies where required.
